Coach Laurian D. Watkins Sr., is a FIBA licensed coach who has a lot of experience training, nurturing and mentoring athletes and coaches. When you meet him, you instantly know he really cares.
Most recently, Coach Watkins was a Special Assistant for the Memphis Grizzlies NBA team.
Prior to that, he served as a conditioning coach for the Sacramento Kings, and as head coach and general manager of the CBA’s Saskatchewan Hawks.
Coach Watkins is known internationally for taking underperforming teams to new levels of success, including teams in Syria, Norway, Guatemala, China, the Philippines, Costa Rica, and Saudi Arabia. He also earned accolades for personal player development.
Watkins received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of North Texas, an M.A. in Physical Education from Azusa Pacific University, an International Sports Science Certificate, and the highest coaching license issued in the United States.

Frederick “Derrick” S. Pumaren graduated from DLSU in 1983 with a degree of BSC MFI. He was inducted into the 2005 DLSAA Sports Hall of Fame for his contributions to the sport of Basketball as a team coach. He began as head coach for the Green Archers in the UAAP. He was also a head coach in the PBL for Triple V and Magnolia. He later became assistant coach or the San Miguel Beermen from ’87-’90. He later on coached the teams of Pepsi, Sunkist, Sta. Lucia Realtors, FedEx Express and Talk ‘N’ Text in the PBA. He is currently a team consultant for UE in the UAAP.

Marvin has been in the basketball business in various functions for 30 years. Most recently he served as the Head of Basketball for the TSV Speyer Towers (08/21).
Marvin also is an experienced FIBA certified agent since 2011 when he moved forward to focus on his family and business career.
Marvin earned a BA degree in Business Administration specializing in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9000 ff.).
Marvin feels that now is a perfect time to launch this new firm specializing in the basketball business with a focus on high quality and player representation with transparency, and player services, tapping into his business experience he made working with one of the largest healthcare companies in the world.
